I purchased the Cadbury's Dairy Milk Silk Caramello on 21st July 2015. When I consumed one piece of this chocolate, it tasted as if it is an age old chocolate i have consumed so I raised the complaint on 22nd July 2015 and I was assured that action will be taken.

Below are the Product details:

Batch No. : I41223 A3
MRP : Rs. 160

I have been continuously following up and did not get any response from Cadbury.

I would request the Cadbury's team to act responsibly and take action on the same ASAP.
