The builder has constructed the 4 floor apartment with G+1 municipal Approval and its causing a lot of problems such as:
1) No bore well dug
2) Security from public entering the premises by providing the gate has not been done.
3) Congested parking lot due to construction in ground floor
4) Semi- furnished apartment with water leakages

On several intimations and requests the Builder is found no where in the country left away to abroad. the developers who stay with us are relatives to builders are saying we are not responsible

Kindly do the needful in regularizing the building and release the area built in parking slot.
