I purchased 2 Row houses and 1 shop in Siddhivinayak Nagari, Nigdi, Pune 44 from the Siddhivinayak Group.
My problem is that the builder has never provided any facilities as promised before buying the Row houses, also the basic necessity of Water is a big problem.
When we are trying to cope with this issues, yesterday it came to my knowledge that the builder has not executed the Sale deed yet.
I talked with our Society Chairman, and it came to my understanding that the builder is not showing any interest in getting it done. Whenever we talk to their representative, we are told that the papers are submitted to the lawyer.
I do not understand what in the world takes more than 7 years to get the sale deed done.
Also it came to my understanding that the other buildings nearby which are existing since last 15 years have not got their sale deed done.
Is there a law that helps customer in this type of case, so as to penalize the builder for not carrying out his task of completing the property deal and troubling the customer for no reason.
The incharge Mr Vijay Agarwal is never available when we try calling the office, he is either on his business trip or in a meeting.
Please direct me so that our work gets done, and we become the lawful owner of the property for which we have paid completely ~8 years back.
Thanks
Rajkumar...
The builder representative called me on 20th Feb 2010 to confirm if i had filed the case. So it means that it has reached the right person, i am waiting for their reply. I hope they do reply.
Do let me know what action can we take in case the builder ignores to reply to the query?
