I purchased a prepaid CDMA net connection from Calcutta Telepones (Alipore), Calcutta on 02.08.2011 under plan Rs.250/- for every 30 days. At the time of purchasing I was advised to recharger by Rs.250/- for every 30 days.
Note: The validity for my number is 50 days from the date of activation i.e.02.08.2011.
After 30 days i.e.01.09.2011 my net connection became inactive. I went to local shop on 06.09.2011 (08:00 AM) and gave Rs.250/- to shopkeeper for easy recharge my net connection. As per shopkeeper he recharged the number. But the issue is this that I have not received any message in my MDN number and my net is still inactive.
I went to shopkeeper and argued about no recharge. He shown me message of successful recharge on his mobile as well as he gave me a Transaction ID i.e.6962 8567 0.
I spoke with BSNL Customer Care over phone quoting Transaction ID. They said they cannot track the Transaction ID. I feel myself cheated and till date neither my number is recharge nor my money is refunded.
