Dear Sir/Madam,
On 14th November-2012, I purchased one 3G sim card ( KTA0-025438- mobile number-********72) along with recharge amount of 603 Rs and submitted Rs-691 to the office. With-in 3 days, number got activated after televerification and I started using this SIM with my BSNL 3G data card for browsing. To my utter surprise, after a week time SIM automatically stopped working and on contacting BSNL office, concern officer asked for SIM replacement charge of Rs -139 + rechrage amount of Rs 603 if I want the same plan!!!!
On refusing to pay the replacement amount, I was told to wait for few days as they want to check with their marketing people on this
My point is "What is my fault here?" Why I am being panelized without any fault of mine!! Why I should be paying 139+603 Rs?
