i am studying in vins christian college,chunkkankadai in 1st year mechanical department.here,mostof 1st year students is studying this college.each student are paid extra rs17000 for 4 year book fees with our goverment fees.but now a days,they are asking book fees.we are complainted with our chairman.bt he avoid this matter.please help.my gmail: pradapvk@gmail.com
