Faruk A Sayed signed an agreement in 2010 & took handover of stock of Ayurvedic Medicines in Pune woth 1,15,000. He provided cheques & was supposed to rotate the business, manage taxation & make payments to M/S Janya Herbal Marketing Co in Yamunanagar Haryana. Mr Sayad has repetedly failed his payment comittments, returned stock after expiry, caused damage to material, loss of recovery & tax loss worth 1,00,000. His payment cheques have bounced always. He has failed to comply by the arrangement & is not cooperating.

We wish to recover the losses caused by this person. He is not cooperating at all.
