8.Nature of complaint and description
- the flat at TDI Kingsburry was booked in 2006,
- they delayed the possession and given date is 22 Dec 13.
- the design of the 2 BHK flat which was given in the broucher as well as shown in the sample flat has been changed.
- Super area also increased. in the broucher, it was 1060sq ft, in the allotment letter 1110 sq ft, now during possession it is 1205 sq ft.
- i talked to them regarding the discrepancies, but the person with whom my meeting was fixed told me clearly that nothing can be done in this regard. i have to take possession of what is being handed over now.
- more over they have constructed EWS flats in front of the tower which was never mentioned at the time of the booking.
-flat was booked in the name of Smt Reeta khosla, my sister ,as initial booking, in april 2007, changed to my name.

-allotment of flat as per drawing of dwelling unit shown at the time of booking (given in the broucher and shown in the sample flat), the flats were built by the company as per the drawing in most of the towers.
