I tried booking an Online ticket on 31/7/2010. i tried two transaction worth rs 1400 (700 each time) for 5 tickets (Movie Madharasapatinam), but the ticket was not booked twice . My bank says, the transaction was successful and procided me two Paymet id's 0001******** and 0001********.
Could you please take necessary steps to return my money.

I have sent several mails adressing to systems@mayajaal.com, with bank transactions attached. still there is no valid response from them
I would suggest you to write a complaint in detail and address it to the Manager,Mayajaal along with bank transactions as enclosures.They may take action.

Yes i'm also got the same problem, his online ticket booking will very very worst...
I sent mail to customercare@mayajaal.com but no one give any reply... this is totally waste.....
