This is in regard to the problem faced by me due to very poor body shop service and response from Mahindra Service Center at 1547A ,Near padmavathi ammal cultural center, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore-641004.

I left my Mahindra XUV 500 on 11-Mar-2017 for body shop work at the front drive door and front right fender for repainting which had already done in local body shop because of the paint shade variation so i approached "CAI Mahindra" authorised dealer at Coimbatore. I informed to the body shop incharger to paint properly without any shade variation.He told that Yes We Can Do. But at the time of delivery the paint was dark over right door and right fender and again i ask the work to redo and they accepted. And They promised to deliver vehicle at next day. Again I visited he dint do any work and kept as it is and he told that he had done the work and he told that sir i will pay u a free breakdown service for two year and he told that do complaint at customer care centre.

This is the worst thing i ever faced at any service centre.So I request you to accept my complaint and take a step on CAI Mahindra Dealer.
