Dear Sir,

About 1hour back a BMTC bus hit my father's (Prasanna Y K) Alto car at Konankunte Cross signal when Traffic policeman had given signal to turn right towards the signal from Vasantpura road. The bus came straight and hit the car. Bus driver drove bus and left location though Traffic Policeman asked to park vehicles by the side. Later Traffic Policeman informed my father that he has made a note of the incident, hence my Father left location. Left (front) side of car is damaged and bumper is damaged.

My Father is a senior citizen and has got a little shock. He is now hesitant to file a complaint as he was not treated well. Fortunately, he did not get hurt physically as he had worn seat belt and was driving slow.

Please guide and assist us.
