Vodaphone - Blocking of SIM service

I Sandip Kumar Bera, govt employee have mob.no.********40 and Aadhar card from West Bengal.I got a message from Vodaphone that linking of mob. no. with Aadhar no.But Vodaphone care local office told me that othar state Aadhar card holder can do linking in month of AUG.But now Vodaphone block my SIM.This is the problem of company not customer.

Complainant's Goal: customer should be given sufficient time.linking should be done online by self.
