blackberry india - blackberry Q5 getting switch off automatically

I have been using blackberry cell phones from last 6 years, I used bold 2, curve 8520 and now I m using Q5, curve 8520 has irritated me most, it's app errors, hanging problem and many more, finally I dumped it and decided to go for a Q5 as advertisements says all good things about it.

I bought Q5 in Aug 13, and I have started facing problems with this phone too in just couple of months, the phone is getting switch off automatically, and while restarting a battery sign appears on screen and phone remains dead.
It's highly annoying to face problems in every phone of a same company like "Blackberry" services are pathetic too.

I called customer care they suggested me to wipe my phone, I did it twice, wasted a he'll lot time, and still facing the same problem, it the product is bad, a good service can make product experience a little better, but in case of blackberry, services are far poor than products, I don't have time to visit service centres every time, please resolve this matter to keep up a good reputation of your brand.
