AFTER SOME DAYS I GOT PROBLEM IN MY HANDSET WHICH RELATED TO INTERNAL AUDIO THEY TOLD ME TO GO SERVICE CENTER FOR RESOLUTION I WENT THERE AND GETTING DOA CERTIFICATE FROM SERVICE CENTER .I SUBMIT DOA CERTIFICATE AGAINST FAULT OF MOBILE.THEY COMMITED THEY WILL REPLACE IT WITHIN 10 TO 15 DAYS .IF THEY HAD IN STOCK AFTER 10 DAYS WHEN I WENT TO THEIR SHOP THEY TOLD ME PURCHASE ANY BLACKBERRY MOBILE AS THEY DONT HAVE PREVIOUS ONE .WHEN I ASKED FOR OPTION THEY OFFERED ME TO BUY BLACKBERRY 9300 WHICH COMES RS 14300 AND OTHER OPTION WAS BLACKBERRY BOLD 9700 OF RS 22500 I REQUEST THEM TO GIVE ME ANY OTHER MOBILE WHICH COMES IN SIMILAR PRICE OF MOBILE WHICH I BOUGHT FROM THEM OF RS 16000 BUT THEY DECLINED THAT REQUEST SO I BOUGHT BLACKBERRY BOLD 9700 OF RS 22500 .I TOOK PRICE BEFORE OF THIS MOBILE ON THAT SHOP THROUGH MOBILE CONVERSATION WITHOUT GIVING MY IDENTY TO THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SALE IT ON RS 22300 THATS THE DIFFERENCE OF GIVING PRICE .AFTER PURCHASING OF BLACKBERRY BOLD 9700 OF RS 22500 AS PER THEIR OFFER PRICE I BOUGHT IT AS I DIDNT HAVE OTHER OPTION THAT TIME.BUT 4 OR 5 DAYS I GOT I AM AGAIN GETTING HANDSET AUDIO PROBLEM IN MY NEW MOBILE .AGAIN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER FOR THIIS HANDSET PROBLEM THEY SAW IT AND AGAIN GIVE ME DOA LETTER .I DID SAME THING WHICH I DID BEFORE .BUT NOW SHOPKEEPER MAKING LOT OF EXCUSE AND SHWOING ME THERE PROBLEMS.I WANT MY REFUND AMT AS I AM NOT ABLE TO WAISTE MY TIME ON THESE EXCUSES.KINDLY DO NEEDFUL
