Product Malfunctioning & Pathetic After Sales Service
We had procured the product which is basically an Anti Virus Application from Biz Secure Labs Pvt. Ltd. during March 2009. The product was purchased and installed on Six different computers. The product however has not been upto the standards. Further the after sales service team which basically is a call centre had been not been courteous enough and had been getting annoyed for calling them time and again for the service pertaining to product. Also recently we had total system crash in which one of our computer got obsolete and hence we requested the company to get the software installed on another computer which we had replaced as a consequence of loss of erstwhile machine. However inspite of repeated request, the call center executive (Ms. trupti) refused to co-operate neither made us comfortable by allowing us connect the manager. The product has been not upto the standards nor the service has been upto the mark. Kind help us to raise the issue and let the vendor company realise it's mistake.
