Respected sir, i am a very old customer. I have trouble with this month bill. Last month i visit vodafone malad opposite goregao sports club and explain my problem.I explain that ,i trouble for this plan ,because some one call from call center and change my plan 199 to 399 plan . But vodafone send every month 499 plan and i request every month for that and call center reverse 100 rs. Last month i visit vodafone shop malad and complain and request please change my plan ,because every month i trouble for this.But that lady ,her name is sunita ,she change my plan ,but stop the plan same day ,argument with me vodafone have 399 plan. So i request her please change my plan from my next bill.But i don't know what she understand. When i saw my bill i surprised ,786 rs my bill figure.She stop 23rd jan all charges count from that days. I have very upset for that bill and call 198 .They reverse my internet bill from 27th jan to 6th feb 122rs. but not reverse my extra plan rental.So i ask malad shop for my rental reverse that was 29th feb , but today again i go to malad shop and ask for my complain . But that boy ,his name is mukesh,denied for my complain and also denied that i register to change my plan from kandivali.I force to said I am not a lair and also told miss sunita's name.But he not agreed. So please tell me what can i do. I am a very old customer from 1999 I already reverse my internet money and want reverse my rental plan also because that is not my fault. So please do the needful .Thanks
