Big Sky Shelters are not builders; they are just a third party doing marketing on commission basis. There are lots of small scale builders in Bangalore, but for them marketing is difficult due to less man and money. Big Sky Shelters is catching those people are making some arrangements with them and market their projects. Even in this case the business is builder may be ok with some cut off money (some x amount per sq ft). But they will sell these properties with higher rate + some invalid service tax + higher registration value. Whatever the difference money coming with builder demand, is the profit of them. When they collect the registration and tax it will calculate based on the final price we got. But while doing registration no builder will show the actual price on paper and accordingly the registration amount and tax will be less than the actual. But this benefit is not coming to customer, they will absorb.
And Big Sky shelters India Pvt Ltd is no way into any of the construction issues. Taking care of customer, after sale service etc are just gimmicks because they are not the partners or investors in construction. If any problem with construction comes with flat the customer has to deal with builder, not them. And builder attitude will depend on his character and we cannot make a general statement as we won’t get service. We may, we may not, and it’s up to the builder.
This is Manshaj living in Bangalore and working as a System engineer. Before two year back I booked a flat from Big sky shelter at the Austin town Bangalore. This Builder doesn’t know how to construct the building. They are running a real estate company from last few year but none of their project are ready. Even they are not using the mind in construction of building using on the how cheat peoples.
Hi, I Shall recommend to every people don’t come to book our dream home to a broker who is taking the lack of money without doing anything. I had given more than two lacks extra money to Big sky shelter for our home which I had bought to this broker but it has been build by some other builder. I had bought a 2 BHK flat in 28 lack and same flat on same building people had been bought in 25 lacks after bought me. We were unaware about it this is a broker builder and this is not building any flat/apartments but after losing that mush money I want to share our experience to other to avoid it.
I had spent more than one lack in buying our home to Big sky shelter. At the beginning of purchasing the home in Bangalore I met to this builder who was act as a real estate company but at the time of taking the property document I came to know that this is broker who had taken more than one lack other than cost price of the flat. People be aware to this real estate broker who is cheating the people in the name of making the home.
Big sky shelter are not ready to refund my money and giving unwanted squeezes after asking for refund. Before two month back I came to this builder office after seen their advertisement in the banner. We saw some project which told by their sales people after that we decided to book the flat in Rajaji Nagar project and after fore to five days we paid one lack as the booking money. After few month we got the information they are working as the broker. After that we canceled the booking from hear but Big sky shelter is not refunding the paid amount.
ya your right Big Sky Shelters are not Builders. They are just marketing agents in Bangalore. Now only they have started their company then, how come they will have projects all over Bangalore. They are charging more then builders cost to the clients. Its better to go with builders rather then going with this agents.
