My vehicle reg. in the name of Col. Vinod Sharma- DL 1CM 1757 (Scorpio), went for a scheduled service at Bhasin Motors (56-B, Rama Road, New Delhi-110015
Ph: 25921977, 25107277, 25107611, Fax: 25914268).
Since I work with the Cabinet Secretariat(Officer Incharge Protocol- to Mr. Kamal Nath -Minister of Urban Development G.O.I ), my job doesn't allow me to be physically present at the time of my car service. I have had horrendous experiences with the services of Bhasin Motors. My problems are as follows:
1. They are unable to solve the power window problem despite repeated alerts.
2. They have not yet fixed the alignment of the car (Charged labor and yet not fixed)
3. They just pressure wash the car and deliver. Not only they have managed to ruin (dirty) the interiors of my car by their beautiful black fingerprints inside the car's fabric, I saw footmarks on the seat cover. Car was delivered unclean and messy.
4. The staff appointed doesn't listen, have the least level of work ethics and they are on a trip of their own. - You can conduct a surprise visit and check it out yourself.
There are many other issues not expected from a really sought after candidate of Mahindra Org. I am seriously planning to move to consumer court and use the best of my official PR abilities to take strict action on this matter if Mahindra group remains silent.
