We need full-time maid for our house. We contacted Bharti Maid Services for the same. They forwarded some resumes for verification. We selected one maid from that. They said maid shall come within a week. They asked to transfer Rs 25,000/- for an year for their services. They provided their Bank account number and details for funds transfer. We transferred the funds through NEFT. The maid did not turn up within a week. We followed up after that, but there is no delivery. No response on the time when maid shall be provided. We have asked for refund of payment since service is not provided. There is no response to that as well.

Same thing happened with me, I paid 10000 in advance in june for a care giver for a praryzed patient and till now no care giver available ..every time they tell different story.agency is just giving false commitments for replacement.They are absconding from May ( not answering calls).had sent them mails as well for refund of registration..but all representatives are absconding.


ohh god why I trusted them...
