1. Refer my toll free registration no: APVIS1********06 dated 17 sep 2012 and reminder registration no 210******** dated 21/09/12.

I have been booked for the installation for Unlimited Broadband connectivity with submission my application with Voter ID and Address proof to one BSNL representative named as Mr.G Papi Naidu (********81) with BSNL reference Customer ID- 4021168964, DN NO ********71, Locatioon- Visakhpatnam, Receipt Not: VSK0040********0269, Foil no: 05792790, but the Commercial and the ID provider of BSNL has told me that still they have not received any application, again ask me to put another application. Now question is that why double application and ID proof and address required to apply a single connection of BSNL.

3. Indirectly BSNL has putting the customers spinning of unlimited trouble and intentional misuse of government service. Corrective measure soon will be highly appreciated.

4. Factually customer are providing the service to BSNL instead of service getting on pay. How funny is going on, who will dare stop it?
