I have upgraded my Sister's profile on matrimony.com. i have paid a fee of 2200 towards the subscription. The fees was collected from my doorstep by a company representative. i have got a several calls from the company to go for paid membership which will give more coverage to my sister's profile.

I have attached the scanned copy of the reciept that the company have given while taking fees from me.
After collecting the fees you have not yet updated the online profile which is showing me to upgrade the account.
The fee was collected on october 20, 2014, and its been more than 50 days now that the profile is still not updated. iI have called the customer care several times everytime they say we are looking in to the matter. i have even written several emails to helpdesk@matrimony.com but haven't received a single feedback from them.
I want to file a consumer complaint against the company as they are collecting money from consumers like me without providing the services. its a big fraud that the company is doing with a lot of consumers.
