Need Experts Suggestions / Help How to get my Product from these People Legally ?

1) I have Bought the above said Product from www.timtara.com on 3-6-2012
(31 Days Back) Through my HDFC Credit card, (For More details Please see the attached Print Screen Shot File Nos.:2 ) also Received conformation
to my E-Mail id us@logoscafe.com on 3-6-2012 (Sunday by 5.51pm)
(for more details Please see the attached Print Screen Shot File Nos.: PS File No A1& A2 ) in that Product they Maintained Delivery
Time is 10-15 Working Days (Means my Product should Delivery with max.
15 days on 20-6-2012 by Wednesday (Excluding Sundays)
the Same product Not Yet (6-7-2012 by 12.30pm) Delivered

2) on 22-6-2012 I have called 3Times to Support Ph. No.:0135-3051500 No.,
Finally I got in line Sree subam ji by the time he is telling15 Working days means the Delivery Day is 22-6-2012 only because they will not Work sat & Sunday Also, Again I have to wait till 22-6-2012, But their Site is showing Same “Awaiting Shipment” so I written by Email No.1 on 22-6-2012 to info@timtara.com by Asking status of my Product Delivery schedule

3) on 23-6-2012 also have called 2Times I got in Line sree Arjun ji Telling That I can Only able to forward this Issue to my backend Office so they will directly Delivery your Product, When I ask him How long it take & I ask him to provide the Backend Office Ph. Nos. & Person’s Names, He Refused, by the Time I have (4th. Email) E-maile to the Officials of www.timtara.com Saying about this Issue to info@timtara.com

4) on 25-6-2012 my 5th, & 6th Emails to info@timtara.com cc to cco@timtara.com, Requesting at any cost Somebody Need to reply to my Issue,

5) on 26-6-2012 Also I have my 7th. E-mail 3 Times to info@timtara.com cc to cco@timtara.com by Requesting Desperately waiting for your Reply because I have Called 5 Times today No Proper Reply’s & No body telling the delivery Schedule of the Product , Because this is 23 days after you took my money, my HDFC CC A/c also Debated the Same Amount by Attaching my CC E-statement soft copy PS shoot (Please see the attached Print Screen Shot PS File No.2) So Still no E-mail Reply by the day End Also

6) Please note Every time we E-Mail to any of these ids. info@timtara.com, customerfirst@timtara.com, cco@timtara.com All-time I have received Auto Reply saying you need to Submit your Request through our site Manage Complaints Link So all the Above E-mail I have submitted With Ps Shoots Attachments, there also Still no reply

7) This is my 8th. Time E-Mailed by Saying If you people are not replying to this my E- mail I will come to through Legal Proceedings

8) with this Above my E-mail Finally I got 1St. E-Mail Reply on 27-6-2012 from
Sree Mamta Ji from mamata@timtara.com, and saying due to heavy demand of this Product this delay happen so finally she promises my that she can be shipped in 5 – 6 working days.

9) Again I have given one more chance by accepting them and I Prepared to Waited till 5-7-2012 (their 1St. Email Reply from the People P S Shoot attached Please see the PS File No.3)

10) on 29-7-2012 also I have (My 9th.) E-Mail By remaining the People you have left Still 6more days to Delivery my Product Deadline E-Mail Copies to info@timtara.com, customerfirst@timtara.com, cco@timtara.com, also mamata@timtara.com Still no Replies & Response

11) Finally on 3-7-2012 my (10th. E-mail) to info@timtara.com, customerfirst@timtara.com, cco@timtara.com, also mamata@timtara.com
By asking the Delivery schedule of my Product, by the time I have searched few more Ids of rsarbjeet@timtara.com,raja@timtara.com,bharat@infosecure.co.in, abose@timtara.com,jatin2goyal@gmail.com also I find out the Office address is

www.consumer-court.in / www.mouthshut.com / www.complaintboard.in / www.ic3.gov / www.consumercomplaints.in / www.akosha.com / www.desidime.com / www.consumercourtforum.in / www.grahakseva.com and I also Written we are also going to complaint about this Issue to Commissioner of Delhi Police Sree NEERAJ KUMAR Ji also Noida city Police Sree Praveen Kumar Ji. Though I have done all This E-Mails yet there is no Even Curtsey E-Mail /Ph. Call / SMS also Still no Response, Please not through their site they have given one Cl, No.: of +91 ********27 for SMS request so they will call back & Give us the Details of the product Delivery schedule, I SMS for 5 Times also Called 3 times Still no Response

12) on 4-7-2012 my ( 12th E-mail ) I written that I am going to come & meet you People in Noida regarding my Product Delivery Status & why you People are even not replying though we Communicated many ways Through Many ways , so I ask the people you Need to Pay for my this Trip expenses, My E-mail to: customerfirst@timtara.com, cco@timtara.com, also mamata@timtara.com, Also I called to Support Ph No.; as my 7th Time Call I met Sree Goutam Ji also Sree subam ji & Sree prateek Ji Sree Arjun Ji those are telling we don’t have any guaranty when this Product will delivery & I got the Backend Office Local Ph No.: Is +91 ********20 from them witch nobody lifting also I have SMS the Same Issue still no Answer

So this is my Whole Bad Experience with the www.timtara.com

A) These People are Familiar with these kind of Issues & Getting Site traffic
It is More Easy e-commers Business to Inflow Money in their accounts, That is Only the Reason these kind of companies have com like Mushrooms in India
B) These people are Just Holding Customer’s Money in their Accounts for long time
And at lest not Responding Once even (enjoying with the Customer’s Money)
C) These People are Attracting New Customer’s by their ads & Site header Like
“Timtara Celebrates 2nd, Anniversary Flat Discount of Rs.4,500/- Off also headers of “Rated No.1 for User Experience in top 20 E-commerce Sites in INDIA ( More Details Please see the PS Latest Shoots File No.4 Latest PS from their Site)
D) The Product witch I have Placed Order “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 “ These people are telling Due to Out of Stock, we are not able to delivery in time
But the same Product Entry is still in their Site for ready to Sell
(For More Details Please see the PS File No.5 Latest PS from their Site) So these people are Ready to Still cheat more People Like me

E) My Product Order shipping status is still Showing “Awaiting Shipment”

F) Though I called 7 Times & Email to 13Times to all Persons in my data base
almost everybody Know About This Issue in their Organization, still I Haven’t receive My Product, Accept Only One E-Mail reply on 27-6-2012 from mamata@timtara.com ,

G) Finally I am Planning to Request any of you People Please Reply me How to Say Correct Lesson to these kind of Notorious E-commerce Business people, so that must be a good lesion to Such Cheaters in future also

H) By the Time My Plane is I want to Post this my Experience with all required E-Fraud Support sites & I also Forward this Complaint to Delhi & Noida Commissioner Office & Local Police Station with the Proper Evidences Along with my all PS shoots & All Calls records Soft copy Files Through my Lawyer, because Since I am an Professional Art director of Brand & Virtual / Print Media Consultant these People have Wasted & Lose my valuable Business Timings also my Money since 31 days
For that I Need to Claim my Loss of Valuable Time & Money from the People

So since I am an net Zen I have Enough Evidences on this Issue Still Need to Somebody Help us to show a way how to approach and handle Legally Issues
