HELLO GUYS ,
I HAD BOUGHT MY SPICE M7070 MOBILE ON THE 30/7/2010 WITH INVOICE NO# 140903332 from VADODARA, ABOUT FEW MONTHS BACK I FOUND THAT THE FLASHLIGHT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ( I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I WAS IN URGENT NEED OF IT ) , & THE ALARM WAS NOT RINGING ,AS IT WAS IN WARRANTY, I GAVE THE MOBILE TO THE SERVICE STATION HERE IN VADODARA, THE GUY SAID IT HAS MOTHERBOARD PROBLEMS AND IT HAS TO BE SENT TO MUMBAI FOR REPLACEMENT & IT WILL TAKE A MAXIMUM OF 20 DAYS, HE SENT IT AROUND 8TH JANUARY 2011 , BUT DID NOT RECIEVE IT TILL THE 15TH FEBRUARY, I SENT A MAIL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO. SC1102109 , BUT NONE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER TOOK THE COURTESY TO GIVE INFO ON THE REPAIR STATUS, ON THE 16TH FEB. I GOT A CALL FROM SERVICE STATION THAT THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE MOBILE BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS, I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID BY KEEPING THE PHONE FOR 1 1/2 MONTHS , THEY HAD RETURNED IT AS IT IS. I HAD TO BE WITHOUT MY MOBILE FOR A MONTH , & NOW IT WILL TAKE MORE TIME, PLEASE PEOPLE, BE CAREFUL, SPICE SELLS ITS MOBILES AND THEN FORGETS IT , FOR ANY COMPANY THE SERVICE IS WHAT MATTERS, SPICE IS NOT AT ALL CONCERNED, SO PLEASE PEOPLE , DONT BUY SPICE MOBILES , OR BE READY TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES WHEN ANY PROBLEM OCCURS.
