Bunty Group seem to have a Notorious Booking Policy, as they are making 2, 3, & 4 BHK’s – for 2 BHK’s they have two buildings (A & E), one of the building which is near the road(A), they say is already sold and the only availability is on the top 10th floor, and the other building (E)is the last one in the project which is at the backside, they say flats are available in this building. In short they want to sell all the not so good flats first at a lower price, and the good ones they will sell it later and at a higher price. Secondly they do not want to give the cost sheet.

These questions leave a serious doubts in our (customers) mind about the booking policy adapted by the builder.
