I had applied for a new internet connection on 23/November/2010 and the employee from Beam collected Rs 8000/- promptly from me and I was promised connection with in 48 hrs. Even after 7 days no connection was given and when I demanded refund , i was promised refund with in 8 days. Till date I have not received my refund . Everytime I call them they say Manager is gone out and will call back. I WANTED TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THE INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE OF BEAM TELELECOM FOLKS. The connection was requested in the name of Kishori .
