RIM - Balance deduction in RIM

Hello,i have been using RIM prepaid no. ********00 and from last 3-4 months they are deducting money from my account 10/-,30/- what they ever require to deduct.And when they are ask for explanation they just simply that this is being deducted because you have activated the service.And they say their pc is showing this but they did'nt bother to check whether i really had activated that or not and simply they did'nt have any solution and cut the phone.I don't know just for little money why they are bringing bad name to the company.Please help me get out of it because i can't even deactivate my no.
