Zohara - Balance Automatically deducted from My Uninor Mobile Number

Warm Regards to You!

It is very said to write to you for the Services Provided by Uninor Customer
Care People, we are being using the Mobile, Number is 91 ********51, there
were services activated such as VAS for which we had never
being requested.

Surprise to me was when I had called your Customer Care and requested them to
transfer my Call to their Team Leader they were disconnecting my calls, I have
called three times to your Customer Care Number, and they had disconnected my
calls they had first asked my query and when I asked them to transfer the lines
to their Seniors they disconnected my line.

I am very disappointed with the services, I had recharged Rs 50.00 yesterday and Rs 100.00 in
this month and almost Rs 300.00 and above was recharged in this month itself,
and my balance were being withdrawn automatically, I believe if I am the one
customer whose Amount is deducted in this way so there will be numerous number
of customer whose Account balance are being deducted in such a way on daily
basis, so how much money the Company is making in this way in a day.

I believe I should take this matter to the Consumer Authority who will take the
Action to Stop this Nuisance in the Future.

I request Now, we believe that there is no way to wait for their feedback we are writing to the RTI Department to intervene and help us and resolve the issue where as we can assure for the kind help.
