I have purchased my vehicle of from Kalinga Auto Services Jeypore in the year 2006 and since then I have not used my vehicle much but after three years I have used my vehicle fully in chhattisgarh (Bhilai) and within 4 months my vehicle couch plate has weared and I have changed the cluch plate and that too has weared in 1 month and I have changed the cluch plate third time along with supporting gears which are used in that unit and that too was in vain and now also they are unable to detect my problem and lastly I have given to my local mechanic but the main thing is that Sai Automobile Bhilai dealer is very hopeless epecially in store department he has delivered my order after 20 days and that too complete clutch assemble and the behavior of the staff is very poor they have no time to listen to the complaints and also taking much time to deliver the parts and machinery they are not in postilion to speak on phone
I a'm very sorry to say that the vehicle is a hopeless because your engineers are hopless and just trying to fool the people by making labour bills and just harassing the people . they suspect that may be this part is creating the problem we have to replace and like that I have changed almost all the parts related to clutch but until now no favorable answer Please guide me regarding this problem
