I booked ANAIRA DIAMONDS worth Rs.60K as delivery & BLACKBERRY STORM as gift for Rs.24999/= From bagiitoday on 11.06.2011 against order no.148143 & Reference booking id: ********98 on 11.06.2011 and made the payment through credit card on 11.06.2011 at1.46PM. After a long wait, I did not receive ANAIRA DIAMONDS worth Rs.60K & BLACKBERRY STORM. After a lot of telephonic calls to the company, I was told that the ANAIRA DIAMONDS worth Rs.60K & BLACKBERRY STORM are not available with them and I will get the refund shortly and my order no. Was changed to 197473 & Reference booking id:********2 and they said my refund order no. is 6589 and refund reference no. is 618594.
With reference to the above cited order ID,the payment of Rs.24,999/= was made through my ADD-ON ICICI credit card on 11.06.2011 at 1.46PM,which can be noted from the scanned credit card statement sent to them.Further,as the above payment was effected by me in EMI option, the processing fee amount of Rs.1562.44 and service tax amount of Rs.160.93 was debited from me by the bank, which is again reflected in the scanned credit card statement.
Even after making so many calls to the customer care and a lot of e-mails to membership@bagittoday.Com and response@bagittoday.Com, I am not getting the refund& the processing fee amount with interest for Rs.24999/=.
In the customercare,the persons named BEETIKA,RASHEED ALI,VIKAS,RAVI,AMIT were contacted on several days with complaint No.301861,29910,312432,310268,291626 respectively lodged with them regarding the above refund. Every time the complaint is lodged I get a constant reply from them that my refund is in the last stage of the process and it will be credited to your account with in 10 days. Even after a lapse of about two months, I am not sure whether I will get my hard earned money back.
