I opted for Roam1Mobile sim card for USA and throughout my stay I was only calling the customer care for one issue or the other. Also, the appointed staff is absolutely clueless about basic things like recharging process and plans. My sim wasn’t catching any signals for the first 3 days and on calling the customer care continuously, instead of giving me a solution, she just said that it would take a day more. It was a really bad experience using Roam1Mobile.
