I have booked a product (Jabra Bluetooth headset) on 25th with this portal and till date after sending them 3 -4 mails and calling them i did not get any proper response. First i was told that my order would be shipped on 1st March. On Feb 27th i get a mail that the shipping of my product is getting delayed. I speak to the customer service personnel but they just could read their standard script like a parrot, when i insisted on escalation my call was passed to her peer who spoke the same script and then gave me a email id for escalation, which i am sure is not genuine (prabhat.maurya@jasperindia.com)
Finally, I wrote to Kunal Bahl (CEO of snapdeal as per their own portal) but i didnt get any response. Today when i wrote again i again get a standard response template that the shipping of my product is delayed. I am not sure how this company intends to do busienss in todays scenario where there are portals like Jabong, Yebhi, Myntra delivering order within 48 hours and this company takes more than 10 days to deliver a product with no customer service at all. I hope somebody from this company will wake up to my complaint and resolve my issue.

have been raising request for cancellation of the product since 10 Nov 2014 & every customer care

representative says the something that product is cancelled/ request raised. but on login into snapdeal

site still its active & not cancelled...How will I able to get the case refunded to my account... & order new

product..

I ordered Fossil CH2600 Chrono Men's Watch on 26th August and done the payment through online later they told no offer then i tried to cancel the product but

not able to do. So they told to refuse the parcel. I did the same thing on 1st September but still now they are saying that they didnt receive the product

back no response for mails and customer care guys were saying the same thing no further update.For god sake i dont know whether i will get the money or not.

Please dont purchase with snap deal..Please please dont trust snap deal for online shopping. am writing this because atleast others to not get this kind of

experience and waste their money and time.... this is true if you want please call me on @ ********66

Shipment is not delivered on time to the customers.

Already delayed by 3days no idea i will get or not...

if i call to snapdeal customer care also they are not able to provide details....

I received a faulty product (Sony Xperia Z Ultra Phone - Price Rs 33,000) from snapdeal on 5th March-13 evening, immediately i.e 6th March-13 monring, I raised a complaint about it to Snapdeal through their Complaint form where I was informed that they will get in touch with me within 48 hrs with solution to my problem. Since that day eveyday I am calling their customer care to hear only one standard statement, "Sorry for inconvenience, someone will definetly call you back in next 24hrs with solution, I assure you". Surprisingly till date i.e 11th March-13 their 24hrs is not over and the saddest part is that again i called today and i got the same reply, how ridiculous is that? I am really surprised that how they are not even bothered to keep me updated on whats happening on my complaint. Their customer care people are of zero help as they dont know anything, they dont say anything apart from their standard statement. I have paid Rs 33,000 & i have no clue whether I will get my money back or not??

I would like to warn other users that never buy anything expensive from snapdeal, because by chance if you received a faulty product or any other problem with your product than you would not get any solution from Snapdeal. They have zero service & they will never contact you on their own about your complaint and even you keep contacting their customer care, you wudnt hear anything else other than "Sorry for inconvinience, someone will get in touch soon" which never happens.
