I have visited showroom For washing car and also tell him that pls check all basic service part and after day after tomorrow I was travel and on the way I stand for filling petrol and after I start my car but car was not start and after I call at nearest local worker and check they tell me that in the battery water is totally empty and also change news batteryso also complaint for it in call center and after showroom workshop manager call me and tell me that it's not our duty to check the battery water and also car warranty is over so we are not responsible and send me letters also so in my complain I ask one question when the car goes for any service or washing activity showroom have not duty to check battery and cooleent water it's basic chaaking parts and these type of rud answer from workshop.manager

Complainant's Goal: I want reimbursement for new battery it's him duty to check at service time

On 24th november I have received my car grand I 10 7659, after 3rd service,but now there is leakage in oil tank and it's interior cleaning is also not satisfactory.
