Roam1Mobiles are really really really bad with their customer services. I bought their Malaysian plan which entitled me for some initial credit of some 1100 rs or something, which they told me wud be adjusted while i make calls. Turned out i recharged my sim thrice, spent all the recharge money and still got no initial credit that they were liable for. On calling their customer support they said i had made one 20 min call to Singapore and its all adjusted!! And really i have no one to cal in Singapore how wud i call. I shd have that in my call history!! But nothing.. They will make all stories and not give you what you’re entitled for...
