Respected Sir,
I would like to complain about the suzuki showroom workers of Ganpati Suzuki showroom, located at C - 2/8, Kabir Nagar, Main 100 Feet Road, Shahdara, Delhi.
My father and I visited the showroom to buy a two wheeler last week. First day, sales person was talking nicely and told about the price of vehicle.
But, Next day when i went there to buy a bike, his behavior and his colleagues behavior was not good, they were talking very rashly with my father as well. Since their is no other showroom near my area, i decided to buy vehicle from the showroom.
They did not provide the full accessories to us and told us, come to showroom after 5-6 working days to get the registration number and same day collect remaining accessories as well.
But when my father visited the showroom after given days, and asked about accessories and number. Some executive told to my father that, they have not number yet. So, my father asked to provide the remaining accessories, their customer executive started talking rudely with my father and asked him to come and collect the accessories on some other.
I am writing this,so that this should not happen with us or with any other customer again.
I found it very disrespecting, feeling like returning my vehicle to them.
Is this how customer should be addressed?
Please take strict action against this.
