Conductor charged 110/- for Ticket from Hoshiarpur to chd from me. but he gave ticket of Rs.90/- only.When i asked for the rest of money he said 'just step down from the bus'.What type of staff you people are hiring ,who don't even know how to talk with girls.This is a serious a matter of concern.Bus transport is for public,its was not his personal vehicle.I really felt ashamed at that time.Conductors and Driver should at least talk mannerly,and do not charge wrong amount for the tickets from passengers and extra money keep in their pockets.

on date 13-7-2017 , i travel hoshiyarpur to Chandigarh by your bus. i give 500 rs to conductor he give ticket but not give rest of money. he told me i ll give you after some time. but unfortunate i forget to take back my rest money 340 rs. next day i went your mohali mercidies benz bus stop phase 1. their i meet with mr.binder , bus conductor and told all the matter. they take my ticket and told me they confirm from office and revert back . but from date 14-7-2017 thay dont give any reply.
so pls take my ticket from Mr.binder bus conductor of your bus.
bus number is not known but travelling date and time is :-
bus timing is 5:45 pm from hoshiyarpur to mohali ,
date of travelling - 13-7-2017.
ticket number 091270(100 rs ticket) and 028079 (45 rs ticket).
