Fly Mantra - Awful customer experience

I booked a return tickets on 05/11/14 (FLY05119331) and cancelled it the next day. Fly mantra successfully charged 12,476 however, I have been following up regarding my refund everyday and I still have no idea about my refund. They have not informed me about the refund amount & time frame aswell. I have called them several times & every time they say their back end team will send me the details, but no response whatsoever.. I NEED MY REFUND CONFIRMATION DETAILS ASAP.. I WILL NEVER EVER USE FLYMANTRA NEITHER WILL LET MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE IT!!!
