We had booked a villa from Guesthouser.com for an outing. The booking was confirmed and we were asked to pay 100% amount which we did as per their instructions however two days prior to the booking date we got a call from their executive stating there is some electricity problem due to which they are cancelling our bookings. Since they couldn't arrange an alternate villa they promised us 100% refund. Its been 3 months and we are still awaiting the refund. We have been continuously chasing their customer support but in vain, there is no response in spite of rigorous follow-ups. Never seen such an unprofessional company. They are least bothered about customer grievances. Please help in getting the refund asap.
