Harrasment by Maruti dealer Autopace Network Pvt. L td., Chandigarh.
Please find below the details of the vehicle: Model – Swift Vdi Lxi Inv. Date – 3rd September 2013 Chassis Number – Engine Number - Registration number – CH01AP7234 Mileage as on date – 28619KM I had bought my maruti swift vdi from autopace in 2012 and it was my first car. I chose Maruti for its valuable relationship and promising quality. But my experience with Maruti dealer Autopace has been very bad. I am not fully aware about technicality of automobiles due to which I have suffered for last one week. Please find below my experience with Autopace: From the very first service I was interacting with only one person, Mr. Gurpreet/Dilip/Arvind. I looked up to him for help and he suggested me a lot because it was my first car and I did not have any awareness. He did nothing but misguided me. They did nothing except oil change and washing. When I inquired about the different job works written on the service book (free service coupon), they said that your vehicle has run very less so these job works need not be done. This has been going on from first to last free service. But I visited Autopace in the hope that next time I will not be fooled and my problems will be solved. In the meanwhile I faced an accident (Minor) in which only a bumper were damaged. I did not availed insurance claim and get original changed from market . At my 3rd service my coolant was leaking then Mr Daleep & Gurpreet said you are our valuable customer so we can provide you a service out of way. They said we do flashing and when I asked about it they replied it is for removal of hose pipe in radiator. They asked me to pay Rs for it and told me not to tell anybody otherwise your billing amount exceeds Rs.13000/-. But they did nothing and when I resisted they forced me to pay Rs 3212 which I paid. They said in future you need not come here. Just call us, we will service your vehicle outside Autopace at a much lesser amount than regular. But when I consulted with Mr.Dilip Sharma mastermind, fraud person of workshop regarding leakage he told me that this is done only after Km subjected to condition. But every time I faced a problem in vehicle and was not satisfied with their work. After that there was a problem in which my car was stopped on 25th August 013 in ambala. I lodged an complaint with maruti road service which persons from Modern came from Ambala and certified that there is no engine oil in car and this leaded to seizure of engine. On 26th I towed car to autopace chandigarh and daleep started pouring engine oil into car without my permission and even water was poured into coolant. When I asked he says this is to check car engine noise. On next day when I reached there Baljinder Singh alongwith Daleep took pictures with that engine oil and coolant and certified that seizure of engine is due to radiator damage and company will pay no warranty for it.
I went again to Autopace and met Mr. Daleep again. Then they did not even made entry in the entry register at gate and refused to check the car. I requested him and then he called somebody. He only took pictures and mr Baljinder singh CGM took pictures and mismanaged and manipulated their skin. When I said for warranty, they said these issues are not covered under warranty. After returning from Autopace, my vehicle has been not running and even battery has been stolen from car at their premises. So how can I submit feedback form with rating 10 and recommend this dealer to my friends and relatives. After this much of harassment how can I think of buying my next car from maruti. So kindly suggest me where should I go for solution in future and if any problem persists due to their service then who is responsible. I had opted extendable warranty also. You are my last hope because I do not intend to spoil my relationship with Maruti. Kindly guide me where to get the problem rectified so that I can use my car which is under warranty.
