Main jab bhi ATVM se ticket leta huuu card se balance cut ho jata hai but ticket print nahi hoti. Last 2 times mere sath yeh hua. How solve my this problem.

I have done payment of cancelled transaction of ticket at ATVM Machine. And amount debited from account. Then again i have done payment of 90rupees at ATVM Machine of correct tickets.
ATVM not for genral public but machines with railway employees are working precisely, when asked them for ticket reply was "yeh sab line mai chutiye khade he kya?"
On Monday when week starts this is how public should start their week?
