I had invested in 2000 sq ft commercial space in ABW Infrastructure Ltd project called Gateway Towers at Badarpur, Haryana in 2010 on 12 % assured return basis with monthly cheques issued in my name. The builder has stopped issuing cheques since March 2015 and after great effort they issued me cheques for September and October ( still due). One cheque of September has bounced and fate of October cheques shall be known after depositing.
Also the Builder did not deposit any TDS for 2014-2015 in spite of deducting it before issuing the cheques.
They do not reply to emails and any kind of communication and provide no answer for previous pending cheques and future cheques or about the pending cheques.
Also the Project hasnt moved an inch in the last 5 years.
my dad booked a flat in Project Verona Hills sector 76. company has taken the money but flat is not given till today. its a great suffering and harassment for a very normal middle class citizens. my dad arjun singh's no is ********96. plz contanct for discussion. unite we win.

I have booked 900sq ft space in Abw gateway tower badarpur in March 2013, since then the staus is same. They have not added a single brick in the structure. They are not picking phone 0124 4970111, neither replying emails. Once they picked the phone and said its wrong number. So in short they have made us fool. So apart from complaining here my aim is to unite all of us so that we can go to court together. It's our hard earned money and we can't let them loot. To start with, we will make a whatsapp group in the name of Abwfraud and will look for all other buyers from this project so that we can take a bold decision against them my number is 0********65 pl. Call me asap.
My case is also similar except that i have not received cheques after may 2015 and also my TDS for year 2015-16 is not deposited
Need to initiate some strong action against builder
We invested in 1000 sq ft space in ABW GATEWAY TOWER Faridabad on assured return basis. For last one YEAR assured return cheques are getting bounced. ABW has also not deposited TDS for FY 2014-15 and 2015-16.
No reply is given to email and telephone calls.
I am also an investor in ABW Gateway Tower project though on CLP.
