I, Adv. Vishal Agrawal, boarded a Churchgate train of 09:36 a.m. from Mira Road on platform no. 4 in the 2nd last door of last coach (2nd Class Compartment). The said door was not so crowded the people cannot enter in the train the some group of person captured the said door and were not allowing any one to enter/board the train from said door. I still managed to board the train from said door. After entering I saw 3-4 person were sitting near the gate so I requested them to get up and allow other to board the said train but these people started abusing me in very vulgar and filthiest languages. When I told them that I will make their complaint in Railway Police Department then 4 persons from them started beating me and threatened to my life by saying that they will throw me out of the moving train. They even gave a scratch on my face. I, being a practicing advocate in Mumbai High Court do hereby request you to lodge my complaint against these four person and take a serious action too. I have seen them and I can correctly identify them too.
