I have registered a Consumer Complaint against Ashok Airways Courier Service in the Bandra Consumer Forum. There was an Ex Parte order passed against them.

They have stolen valuables from my package and refused to investigate. Mr Virendra Kumar Singh is the head of the Company and was called to the Police station. He went when I wasn't there and paid off the police. Their main office is in Kalbadevi.

The package was sent from Mumbai to Delhi. The contents were removed from the box and an empty re-taped / tampered box was delivered to the address. The value of the items were INR 50,000. I have been awarded this prayer by the Consumer forum but Virendra Kumar Singh is not responding to any court dates or notices. I have found out numerous such cases against Ashok Airways Courier Service. They have dodgy third party handlers as well as their on mismanaged / poor handling of parcels & criminal delivery boys and parcel handlers. They have no insurance or direct contact in tracking your package once given.

BEWARE NOT TO USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY STILL OPERATING! They do not respond to any court notices.
