Ours is an Institute namely Asia - Pacific Institute of Management
Studies located in
Delhi, having Airtel PRI line of Tariff Plan Rs.15000/-. The no. of
PRI line is 011-46203000 and
Account No is 14314903.It appears to be underutilized.

In order to have optimum utilization of PRI line we request you to
please change the existing tariff plan to
another tariff plan of Rs.11000/- .

Further, sent several reminder to Customer Care Executive but nothing happended in this regard. Now. One month is going to be completed since our submission for change in plan.

Complainant's Goal: To get change in tariff plan of PRI no 011-46203000 as requested through e-mail
