Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a call in September 2008 from (Mr. Rajesh / Mr. Sachin) on behalf of Gold Crown Vacations Pvt. Ltd ) that I have won a gift hamper and a holiday package for 2 adults and 2 children and we can collect the same from company venue at Gold Crown Vacations. P. Ltd., First Floor, EDM, Plot No. 1, Sector-14, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) – 201010 after a small discussion. Then sales executives told us about a tour package and 30 years membership ( applicable for 15 alternate years). They committed us that entire documents will be received within 45 days after full payment according to RCI rules & regulations. Unfortunately, we got stuck in their fraud talk and purchased their membership of Gold Crown Vacation Pvt. Ltd affiliated with RCI and paid complete amount (in Lacs) by October, 2009 but till today (06-Apr-2011), we did not received any documents with RCI KIT and thus unable to use facilities/services as promised by company while selling membership.
Also, we are getting tired and frustrated by calling company so many times and receiving the same comments that we will get card by next month, which did not arrived till date.

Please advise us, how I can get my money back from this agency.
