I invested in an Amrapali project Amrapali . I have been paying them instalments since 2006 and they have still a long way to go before they can deliver the project. They lost a demand draft which I had sent them , but insisted that I pay them interest for it even though I had proof of delivery of the draft.
They are big time cheats and are playing with peoples money. I think it is time that investors in Amrapali projects join hands and file a common suit against the builder claiming damages and interest at the same rates that they demand if the investor delays payment.
Is there is a government regulatory body for builders ??
