Through just I contacted Mr Chandrashekar contact no ********75 for my own house aluminium windows.
For this he finalized for rs 14000/- .

He taken Rs 9000/- as advance. For this he did not provided any receipt. He promised me he will finish my work by 29/05/2014. But till date he did not started.

From Monday onwards his mobile is not reachable.

Please help me to recover my advance amount.
