then only wait for order am sharing a complaint of my near person who already suffered with it..

I ordered many items from All School stuff, order no.554432 on 24th November 2012. They promised to send items in 7 days but took about one month to send the stuff. Further they sent one defective item and missed out sending on item. When I wrote back to them they did not care to respond. How should I file a consumer case against them? I live in Kurali and company is Gurgaon based
