Subject: Aliens Group Fraud: Please help us and Public

Dear Sir,

Project: Aliens Space Station #1 by Aliens Developers Pvt Ltd, Tellapur, Lingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana

1) Not even 10% to 15% of the project is completed till date (From 2008 to 20014) Pre-Launch started in 2006
2) A Residential Project, with 2182 Apartments, started construction in 2006-07, but only 10-12 Families has got Handovers.
3) One and only builder, who has got 260+ Legal Cases in Consumer court and few cases in Judicial Court.
It is with extreme anguish I write this mail. I would like to bring to your notice a large scale fraud being committed by Aliens Group under the projects named Space Station 1 and 2. Of particular interest are the Apartments in Space Station 1, Tellapur,Hyderabad. This project was launched in 2006-07 and by 2012 more than 1300 units were booked. However of 13 stations with 91 towers only 1 station only has made progress towards completion and only about 18 people have been handed over the flats. The majority of the stations are yet to take off. The project deadlines seem no where in sight and hundreds of customers many of who have poured their life time savings for the first house in their lives are waiting endlessly.
With lot of hopes we booked flats with Aliens in 2009 with most of our savings and with a bank loan from State Bank Of India, Hyderabad. Aliens Group had promised to hand over in 2012 with a grace period of 6 months. It is so unfortunate that they have done only foundation works so far and no work is going on since last two year.
We have paid Aliens Rs 34, 39,213/- which are 50% of flat cost. When we asked Aliens officials, they asked me to pay 50% more money to shift our flat in other station. I do not have this huge money to pay them. Their behavior is rude, bossy, intimidating and their answers very evasive.
We believe Aliens Group is committing a large scale fraud and they do not intend to ever complete this project. With so many amounts collected and so little progress, it is clearly evident that have mismanaged funds or diverted funds for other ulterior motives. Hundreds of customers are being cheated, harassed and threatened by Aliens Group and there are more than 270 cases in courts (in different stages) and few FIRs lodged against the Aliens Group (only Space Station#1 project). A few people who have won court cases are still in a pitiable state as Aliens Group gives them a paltry amount from time to time and receiving the full payment is a dream. Even if they receive the payment, it may take many years devaluing the amount.
Builders like Aliens Group bring a bad name to the Realty Sector in the city and state and the problem has taken such a monstrous shape that I request you to intervene and take a corrective step now before Aliens Group starts trapping more people as victims. We have heard that they are now trying to woo NRIs and people away from the city to this project which they do not intend to ever complete.
Please, help us and many other law abiding citizens of Hyderabad who have fallen into trap laid by Aliens Group. Also without your intervention and immediate action, we are afraid that Aliens Group may dupe hundreds of other citizens cheating them of lakhs of rupees.
