I purchased Akai 29 inch sumo TV in the year 2003 but not working his Picture tube

as service card is with me (Life time free service Card and bill is with me ). As I

Asked videocone service centre to lodged my complaint as Akai TV is tie up with

Videocon TV, but he state way refused to lodged my complaint. Please look into the

matter very soon.
