I purchased Akai mobile phone on 13 March 2011. It suddenly stopped working so I submitted the mobile to Akai service center in Pune on 29 June 2011. I received from the service center that Mobile cannot be repaired and I will receive a replacement, for which I have to submit the mobile box along with all the accessories. I have all the accessories but have thrown away the box. Since then I have been following with the customer service center and Akai officer ( Mr. Jain). There is no satisfactory response from anyone.
Handset is in the warranty period and nowhere it is mentioned that we have to keep the mobile box in the warranty period. It is almost 2 months that I have given mobile for repairing.
